Discovering Malaysia @ Kuala Lumpur City Gallery

Date: 22 October 2014

I had been wanting to bring our Boys to this Kuala Lumpur City Gallery since a few months ago, however, due to Hubby’s busy working schedules on most weekends, this trip was postponed, again and again…

Finally, we got to arrange it on the Deepavali day! Yeah… Family Outing again ^^

This is a very nice place where I personally very like it! Luckily we were blessed with very good weather on this day. We managed to visit all the places (indoor and outdoor) which I wanted to bring the Boys to explore during this KL Discovery Trip... And not long after our last stop, the rain finally poured down heavily! We parked our car at the Dataran Underground parking lots (as suggested by the personnel from KLCG), which was more convenient and nearer to the City Gallery. We paid RM6 parking fee during this visit. A Good & Happy Trip ^^

Alternatively, you can also park at the Central Market or behind Sultan Abdul Samad building (based on hourly coupon). Or, you can also take the LRT (public transport) and alight at Masjid Jamek train station, then walk over to Dataran Merdeka.

Our Family Photo took once we reached! It was taken by a tourist there. Well, not a straight photo taken by him, but still thanked him for his kindness! Love it ^^

Admission is FREE for Kuala Lumpur City Gallery but the tickets for "The Spectacular City Model Show" is priced @ RM5 per person. Kids below aged of 3 is Free. These cards can be used as cash to purchase food/drinks @ The Cafe or to buy souvenirs later in The Gallery.

And here we go!

"The Spectacular City Model Show"! Really very impressive! You should be there to view it yourself!

The Largest KL Skyline Mural ^^ This largest Kuala Lumpur Skyscrapers mural was created using more than 20 species of wood, all hand assembled by their master craftsmen.

The ARCH Cafe is just the place to relax after the Gallery walk ^^ We bought ourselves some drinks with the Entrance Tickets which we bought earlier. They do serve delicious cakes and also set meals too.

After the visit at Kuala Lumpur City Gallery, we brought the Boys to stroll along the Dataran Merdeka ^^

The weather was very good for a breezy walk before the heavy rain poured down! Nice Trip @ KL :)
