Colourful October!

October is my Birthday month. Thanks to all my friends, siblings, families and Hubby for your wonderful wishes, treats and gatherings. The only regret was that I was unable to go back Pontian according to my initial planning to celebrate it with my family members. But, I am still blessed with so many people surrounding me to share and to celebrate this special month of mine. So thankful for all of the birthday wishes I have received.

Hubby, thanks for arranging such a wonderful Sunday Brunch! And most of all, thank you for your time. The greatest part of this lunch was that I had a wonderful afternoon casually chat over lunch with you. A well-spent quality time for both of us :) I really appreciate it!

~ Nice ambience... Delicious food... Great companion! ~

October 2013 – You have been a colourful one! Thank you ~ Wish I have more amazing years ahead with all my lovely families and friends :)

Authentic Korean BBQ Dinner @ Myeongdong

I am very sure that when one is in Korea, he/she will never miss out to try the authentic Korean BBQ. So do us!

We spent our second night at Myeongdong walking around looking for Korean BBQ as dinner. As I specially requested must eat the Ginseng Chicken, so Hubby tried to search around a restaurant using his smartphone Apps. As we walked passed the restaurants, we also try to find a similar restaurant showing the Ginseng Chicken picture. Hehe :)

Finally, we came across one waiter standing outside the restaurant promoting their shop which was on Level 2. He spoke Mandarin to us that lured us to find out more about the food they served. After gone through it, I have decided to give it a try. According to the waiter, this shop is mostly visited by local Koreans instead of tourists. The owner cooks authentic Korean food. He even showed to me a photo of the chef taken together with the HK artist ‘Simon Yam’. Haha… I was wondering, how genuine was the photo, but then the waiter reassured me the HK artist had really tried out their food! Anyway, all these were not important. I told the waiter…. Most importantly, the food needs to be delicious!

Dinner on Day 2 -

Superbly delicious Korean BBQ Pork & Duck + my favourite Ginseng Chicken Soup & Bean curb Soup!! Yummy ^^

~ BBQ Pork ~

~ BBQ Duck ~ This is highly recommended! Superbly delicious!

~ Ginseng Chicken Soup ~

We had 2 bowls of this bean curb soup! Delicious ~

One of their friendly waiters in the restaurants. He really enjoyed playing with the boys!

Travelling in Seoul this time, the easiest food for the boys are steamed eggs. Simple and yet they really enjoyed eating it! We almost every meal ordered steamed eggs with rice for them to eat :)
