Japan, Here We Come ~ Hotels Booking (Part 2)

I read on some travelling blogs and got to know about this Hotel Sunroute chain. The reviews on this hotel chain are quite positive so I had decided to try it out in Kyoto as the rates are not too expensive too. After some readings and I did some comparisons, I got to know that this hotel is also very conveniently located to the downtown in the city. Hope it will be a good choice for us!

We were lucky that we booked this hotel at the time when Ringgit Malaysia (RM) was still strong and the USD charged was not high compare to second half year in 2015. We saved quite a bit from this early booking confirmation and we got ourselves a Double Room for two nights.

Hotel Sunroute Kyoto @ Kyoto -
Booked – 19 April 2015
Total: USD 185.00 (2 nights)

"A 20 minute stroll with take you to Kiyomizu-dera from our hotel. One of the Historic Monuments of Ancient Kyoto on the UNESCO World Heritage Site List. The temple is built into the side of a steep hill, and this facilitated the construction of a huge platform that is now famous as an overlook. From the temple, you can hike on the sannen-zaka and ninen-zaka trails, then another sloped trail to Yasaka Shrine, giving you a good tour of the old capital of Kyoto."
