November marks Kimi 14 months' old ~
At this age, Kimi learns from our actions... Sometimes really headache as he likes to on the TV when he wants to watch his Barney, and even know how to pause his DVD when it is running ~ This makes me need to put extra more attention on him just in case he suddenly go and touch the electricity himself.
At night, before he sleeps, he will lie down on the bed, imitate some of your actions to make you laugh while putting him to sleep ^_^ Sometimes it can be quite funny too... But sometimes it can be a bit tiring as the time needs to spend to make him sleep will be longer and the lullabies that I need to sing will be more!
As he slowly knows how to walk, bringing him out nowadays is even more headache!! He will let you hold on his hands when we walk in shopping complexes (glad that he still let us hold on his hands as of now). But he will stop you from walking is he wants to see and explore things especially when he passes by his FAVOURITE machine car. He will stand still there without moving and staring at it hinting to you that he wants to have a ride.
This is the most difficult part every time we bring him out. He must sit on it if he were to pass by the machine car ~ I really cannot imagine the day when he does not want us to hold on his hands and walk, what will happen??!! Kids are really kids... by sitting on the machine car, by turning the steerling himself, by pressing on the car's buttons, can really make him superbly HAPPY!! Although sometimes it is quite annoying when he stops you in front of the car, by just looking at his laughters when he sits on it really make me feel that it is worth the stop ~
Now whenever we are at home, he knows how to make you occupy his time by coming near my laptop and stop me from working. This can be real annoying when I am very busy! But no choice, I still need to put down my work and take him away from my laptop to accompany him. So whenever he is taking his afternoon nap and when he sleeps during the night, I only can really sit down to settle my work... Otherwise I work with him next to me pressing on my laptop buttons. Kimi, please be more obedient and co-operative a bit can or not?? Your Mummy needs salary too!!
At 14 months++, Kimi now can call out 'Daddy' quite accurately ~ This really make his Daddy super happy! Hehe :) But he will only once a while call me out when he needs food. Haha! So I also don't know is he calling me 'Ma' or he is calling his food ~ Mum-Mum ~ It is still sound a bit confusing, needs more training ~
How I wish I can make the time pass by a bit slower, so that Kimi grows up slowly... He is so cute at this age now and really can make our days light up brightly!!
~ Kimi at 1 Year, 2 Months & 3 Weeks ~
Very-very love this son of mine ~
Wishing you always as happy and cheerful as you are now!

Sukico Hainan Cafe
Yesterday we supposed to drive to Uptown to eat curry fish head for dinner. But when we reached there, we found a parking lot in front of this 'Sukico Hainan Cafe'. Actually we passed by this shop quite a lot of times when I went to buy bread at the bread shop next to it, but we never walk in it to have a try before.
After looking through the menu, we decided to walk in for our dinner! This is a very simple restaurant with a very normal outlook. Even the buntings hanging outside the restaurant also look a bit old with fading colours. However, since we never been there, so no harm trying it out ~
They have a very friendly auntie writing down our food orders. I think some of the customers there are their regulars patrons... They seem to be chatting like good old friends over the table.
After some recommendations, here are our food ~ Grilled Pork, Grilled Chicken, Hainanese Chicken Rice and Inchi Cabin Chicken ~
They really have a lot of food to choose from, but we chose to eat the western menu. Prices are quite reasonable too. It ranges from RM10.80 onwards for the western set. As for the Chinese food, the prices are cheaper. As for Kimi, we ordered a steamed bread for him ~ All of us enjoyed the dinner!

5D3N Seoul Experience Xtrip
Date: 12th to 16th November 2010
After a couple of years without company trips, this year our bosses sent us to go to Korea. Thanks to bosses for giving us a chance to fly to Korea for holidays. Although it was a short trip, we really appreciate their effort ~ Hurray HOLIDAYS!!
We joined the '5D3N Seoul Experience Xtrip' by AirAsia. This package came with one Day Tour with meals. The rest of the two days were free and easy for us.
Below is the itinerary for Day 2:
Incheon - Seoul
Morning, coach transfer to Seoul city tour, visit Gyeongbok Palace, view Blue house, Visit National Folk Museum, visit Ginseng outlet, visit Amethyst Factory, The Face Shop duty free, Shopping at Dongdaemun market & Learn Kimchi making at a kimchi school, visit Insadong street, enjoy the Sachoom show. Overnight at Seoul hotel.
Our meals included of Breakfast, Ginseng Chicken lunch & BBQ Korean Dinner.
Highlight of the Day - I personally feel that the Sachoom Show is worth to watch. If you happened to be in Seoul, can consider to watch it. A very entertaining show!
'Dance-musical ‘SACHOOM’ is a performance without words, expressing itself using universal language of movement. The usual barriers between audience and performers collapse as enthusiastic audience members join in. Standing ovations are the norm.'
One of the short video clips of the Sachoom Show which I managed to record and would like to share it ~
As for Day 3 and Day 4, my colleagues made some research and I followed them free and easy tour in Seoul. It was a very good experience! Luckily I had them with me throughout the whole trip. They really made our company trip a very memorable and fun one! Jokes and laughters all the time ~ We really had food and shopping non-stop! Hehe :)

11.11.2010 ~ Our 3rd Anniversary Dinner ~
11.11.2010 ~ 3 years ago, we vowed to each other on this very special day ~
Today we had a simple dinner to celebrate our 3rd Year Anniversary. Hubby was a bit late after back from work, so we chose to drive to The Gardens to look for food.
So after walked around, decided to go into this Thai Restaurant to try it out. Not very crowded but the food was OK. Hubby's brother came to join us as he wanted to see Kimi too. So we had a great chat over the dinner ~
A simple and warm dinner. Kimi really made the night so much livelier!! Haha :) He really knows how to amuse people by his little-little actions ~
Kimi at 14 Months ~ The best present for me on this day is that Kimi finally can walk by himself... Before this he was only able to walk a few steps at one time, a bit scare on letting go his hands from us. But today he is much more stable and can walk more steps by himself! Gambatte Son, You can do it ~~
~ A short video clip of Kimi walking by himself at Mid Valley after the dinner ~
Hope we always be blessed with happiness in life ^_^ Happy 3rd Anniversary!!

Family Outing at the Aquaria, KLCC
This morning, after I was back from my Sunday marketing, Hubby told me, he wanted to bring us to go the Aquaria today!! Hehe, I can go out 'kai-kai' again, so I am more happy to agree with him ~ So, off we go!!
Kimi nowadays very likes to see animals. Whenever TV shows have animal programmes or he sees any pets around, he will be very excited, jumping up and down, and then point to us the animals, and shout out loud with his own baby languages. So, to bring him to Aquaria today, main purpose is for him to see fish which he likes as well :)
Yes, he was very excited the moment we stepped into Aquaria! I think if he can walk, I will be very super busy chasing him around then... Luckily, for this round, he still need us to hold his hands or to carry him around to see all the sea creatures ~
Kimi was so busy looking around and once a while turned his head to the top to see the fish. He really enjoyed himself very much. Although we do not know how well he can understand today's trip, however from his face, we know that, he enjoys himself very much this time!
Note: Remember to bring MyKad to the Aquaria. The entrance fee is RM35 per person instead of the normal price at RM45. By the way, no camera flash is allowed in Aquaria. So, please be kind to the sea creatures by not flashing your camera to them ya ~ More photos of the sea creatures are vieawable at my Facebook ^_^
After spent a couple of hours at Aquaria, we walked to KLCC for lunch. Kimi needs his food and afternoon nap as well while we were having our lunch :)
We have a very lovely family Sunday outing for today! Hope can bring Kimi to more educational places like this more often in the future :)

Kimi Marches into his 14 Months ~
Date: 29th October 2010
Last weekend, Kimi went back to Taiping for his MMR injection. This jab was actually due for 2 months already. He was supposed to go for this jab when he was one year old. However, the past 2 times which we had made appointments with the doctor, Kimi was having some minor coughing. So the doctor said he was not fit to take the jab. After 2 times of postpones, finally Kimi had his MMR jab! Surprisingly, he did not cry during the injection. All he did was shout a bit when the needle touched his skin. After that, everything seemed to be normal. Hehe... luckily, otherwise with Kimi's voice, I think if he cries, the whole hospital also can hear him :)
The nurse took his weight before the jab. Kimi weighs 11.2kgs at his 1 year, 1 month and 3 weeks old ~
Kimi is marching into his 14 months in another few more days! At 13 months+, he can climb up and down the bed as he likes. So now, I am not so worry that he will fall down from the bed because at least he knows what to do when he is near the side of the bed. But he still does not know how to walk by himself yet. He still needs us to support him, either with one hand or both hands or he is holding on some things while he is walking. Hehe, a bit slow in learning how to walk independently ~ Hope he is brave enough to walk by himself soon...
~ A short video clip of Kimi while he is climbing down from the bed and struggling to climb up to the bed ~
At his age now, I suppose Kimi can pick up a little bit things by himself. I actually do not know how he learns this. Although I once a while did teach and show to him, how to say 'Hello' and then listen to his toy phone, never did I realize that, he really picked the action up within a few days and keeps on show to his Daddy and Mummy by using his toy phone at home. So last weekend, he showed this to his grandparents and great-grandma when we went out for dinner.
Kimi at first saw his great-grandma was holding her mobile phone. He pointed to her phone and seemed to tell us that he wanted to hold it. So, his great-grandma wanted to lent her phone to Kimi for a while, and he ended up showed these actions to us :)
First, he pushes a few buttons on the phone, and then put the phone near to his ears, and 'e-e-a-a' in his own languages.... Haha, wondering whom is he speaking to, and what are the topics!! Hehe... everyone on the table was laughing with his cute 'picking up phone' actions ~ He seems to enjoy it a lot when showing these to us!
Date: 30th October 2010
On the Saturday, we brought Kimi to Penang for a short half day trip... Main purpose is because his Daddy and Mummy want to eat Penang food. Hehe... so after all the delicious local Penang food, we brought Kimi to the Hard Rock Hotel for a short walk before we drove back to Taiping. Kimi was so excited when he saw a bunch of kids by the pool ~ How he wishes he can join in the fun, I guess!
Kimi had a nice weekend back in Taiping and also the short Penang trip ~ Hope his Daddy can bring us to go more 'jalan'jalan' ya ^_^ Looking forward!
