Europe with Kids ^ Accommodation Planning (1) - London

We had finally planned out the almost "finished" routes and got the hotels all booked and paid. Thank you to the Mister whom had spent most of his nights after work, for so many weeks, to study the maps, the trains, the lodging, etc. for the trips.

London - Day 1 to Day 5

Amsterdam - Day 5 to Day 8
Belgium - Day 8 to Day 10
Paris - Day 10 to Day 13

The above days exclude the travelling time in the plane. Fingers-cross and we hope all are in planned properly.

We first got our hotel in London booked at the recent Matta Fair promotions online which the promotions came with breakfast at a very reasonable price within our budget. We try to work around within the budget of MYR500, per hotel room per night, if possbile.

Hotel: The Castleton Hotel, Paddington, London.
This hotel is managed by the Berjaya Hotel & Resorts, and the reviews we got from the Tripadvisor's website were just as average. However, the location is very good. I will be sharing my personal thoughts on this hotel after I am back from London then.

Type of Rooms for 4 nights :

Deluxe Double Room en suite = £386

4-bed Room en suite = £410.40Grand Total = £796.40

The credit card charged showed an amount of MYR4,472 for 4 nights 2 rooms, with an average of MYR560 per night with breakfast.

The image was downloaded from the hotel's website, and upon arrival, I hope we will be seeing the same building. Haha, this is my first trip to London so I am a bit too anxious though, just in case what I see from the website is different from what I am expecting. Hahaha :) ! Just for laughs...
